Experience and Background
Joshua Glikman, Special Counsel to the Firm, is a corporate and securities attorney.
Josh represents both public and private clients, consisting of both entities and individuals, in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and other complex transactions and general corporate and international matters. Josh represents clients in connection with public offerings, including SPAC offerings, private placements and equity arrangements, including PIPES transactions and resulting resale registration statements, and other financing transactions. Josh also represents both U.S. and foreign clients in connection with 1934 Act reporting obligations, corporate governance and related matters. Josh has expertise in complex merger and acquisition arrangements and financings and corporate restructuring and other transactions ranging from very large to medium and smaller-sized transactions.
Josh also acts as counsel for a variety of different entities relating to joint venture arrangements, limited liability companies, partnership, shareholder and other similar agreements, bank loan and other financing arrangements, technology licensing, marketing and distribution arrangements, employment agreements and other business contracts and related corporate matters. Josh also represents clients in connection with leasing and other matters involving real property transactions.
Josh is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
