Experience and Background
Danielle M. Comanducci joined Shiboleth LLP in 2011 and practices primarily in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Not-For-Profit Groups. Her practice focuses on intellectual property law (domestic and international), Not-For-Profit organizations, as well as general corporate, regulatory and commercial matters.
Danielle grew up in New York but moved to France at the age of fifteen. After obtaining a law degree specializing in Private and Business Law from the University of Nice-Sophia-Antipolis in 2006, Danielle returned to New York to pursue a J.D. at New York Law School. After graduating from New York Law School, Danielle became a Public Service Graduate Fellow for the Bureau of Special Hearings of the New York State Office of Children and Family Services before joining Shiboleth LLP in April of 2011.
