Experience and Background
Alexander (Sasha) Bau is a Partner in the firm’s New York office whose multidisciplinary practice encompasses corporate, real estate and intellectual property legal fields, including litigation in such fields.
Sasha represents clients in a multitude of corporate and finance matters, including commercial real estate investments, contracts, as well as a wide variety of regulatory compliance and administrative law matters. Sasha advises and represents clients with respect to trademark copyright and licensing matters, commercial structuring of intellectual property rights, transactions in digital media and electronic distribution, as well as internet law matters.
Sasha represents public charities and private foundations with regard to ongoing corporate governance and related matters. In addition, Sasha is passionate about Israeli art and serves on the board of directors of Tel Aviv Museum of Art American Friends (TAMAF) and America Israel Cultural Foundation (www.aicf.org)
